We are committed to maintaining your system once installed or serviced. We offer a service contract that includes spring and winter maintenance service for turn-ons and blow-outs. Adjustments are made and approved repairs, if necessary. We offer free estimates and reliable 24-hour on-call service for any problems or questions.

Installation:

We specialize in the precise and detailed installation of systems to meet the demands of your property, which usually take 2 to 3 days from start to finish. Miss Utility is notified days in advance to ensure that no damage or interference takes place during the project. We provide a plumber who will make the connection to your water line. For the proper accurate design of your irrigation system we collect specific data such as: the location's actual environment, water, pumps, and pressure available, existing conditions such as precipitation expected, grade of the land, lighted or shaded areas, and your landscaping and specific coverage area's needs (such as plants, flowers, trees, etc). This all is part of the process to calculate the best system for you and your soon-to-be more beautiful lawn. Our staff is experienced in the quality processes of all installations while providing one-year full warranty on all parts and labor. Payment is accepted upon your complete satisfaction of the finished product.

Turn-On Service:

Annually we will schedule to come and turn your sprinklers back on. Adjustments, review, and investigations of the precise operating irrigation system are made at this time. Clocks are reset and programmed for the appropriate schedules for the spring. Repairs will addressed as needed.

Winterization Service:

Each year it is essential to blow-out your system to prepare for the upcoming cold and freezing weather. Damage will occur if this is not done. We will schedule this in advance with you. We will turn off your clock and prepare you for the winter.

Add-on Zones:

Existing systems may require to be expanded or updated to suit your yard's needs and changes. We will examine the options for you and assist with any additions that may arise. This includes systems that we didn't originally install.

Maintenance & Repairs:

We like to think that your system will never have any problems with it cracks or leaks, etc. But these things can be common and will happen at random. Please call us immediately and we will be there quickly to efficiently diagnose the problem for you and discuss the available options for all requests. We are available 24-hours a day.
